Snowday

The newscasters finally made a true prediction and it snowed! Dad took a snow day and we went to the park where he proceeded to teach me how to make snow angels and snowballs. I also learned that dad is just as good at manning a sled as he is at driving a car- not so much. He crashed a couple of times and then I flat out refused to go with him. I may be two, but I'm not stupid.

Playdate with C

Last week I went to the park with one of my friends, C. We had a great time playing on the jungle gym and getting a bit of fresh air, especially because snow was forecasted for the weekend. Look how great we swing together (with a little help from C's dad). We even made pees together in the restroom (with a little help from C's dad). What a life.

That's a Dinosaur

I made my first trip to the Museum of Natural History this weekend, which is kind of ironic since I only live a couple of blocks away from it. Oh well, better late than never. I didn't want to go, but my parents forced me. We went straight to the dinosaurs which I thought were neat, but I didn't really understand the concept. I did enjoy the interactive computers which I took full advantage of since I was allowed to use them (unlike our puter at home which I can't touch without getting yelled at).

My favorite stop was the museum store where there were many beautiful things. At first I wanted the book and then I saw the stickers and puzzles, and the beautiful green sippy cup....I WANTED IT ALL and I screamed and screamed to let the whole museum know, that I love to shop like my mommy. Dad was petrified, not like the bones, and couldn't get out of there quick enough.

Swinging Big GIrl Style

I'm enjoying a freakishly warm February day in Central Park. (65 degrees F in February) I thought it was time I showed my moves on the big girl swing. I also did a lap around the great lawn and chased after many squirrels. I'm so big girl that it didn't make me tired at all and I was still bouncing off the walls once we got home.

Kharma

I hurt my sister and higher powers intervene. Do you notice my big booboo? Or my third eye as some people call it? Well I was playing at Grammy's house and I fell down the basement stairs. I can't really tell you much about it, as it was all pretty much a blur, but I can prove it happened by the war wounds.

I Like to Terrorize My Sister (and Gramps thinks it's funny)

I'm the big girl now and I make sure my sister knows it by poking her in the eye. I'm really quick at it too, so much so that people don't know if I really hurt her or not. Gramps is getting slow in his old age and he completely misses the torture maneuver. (He's not really laughing at the crying baby.) She's too much of an angel anyways, and the way mom coddles her, well I figure she needs some pain in her life.
(I also really like to throw heavy objects into her crib when she's sleeping.)

Special Note: Gramps isn't senile yet, and I only terrorize little sister 3.5 % of the time. The other 96% of the time I give her tons of love. The other .5% is undetermined.
