It's My Party
A couple of weeks ago my parents went on vacation and I stayed at my Brammy and Bramps house for a long weekend. I love staying at their house because Brammy locks me in the basement with all of my toys and I get to play and play and play. Here I am celebrating my birthday party with all of my friends. How great is that? And it isn't even my birthday!

Swimming With Wujeck Stefan
I've progressed a lot since last summer and I am over my aversion to my Uncle Stefan. Bramps has now been replaced and Uncle Stefan is my new BFF. We play in the pool everyday for a couple of hours and last night we even washed dishes together. It was great until Uncle Stefan gave me a small glass dish to dry and I dropped it. Yes it shattered all over the floor and then we got to do some vaccuuming together!
Giving Thanks
Does this look familiar? Yep, similar to last Thanksgiving. I just love big leg bones. My turkey dinner was great, especially because it lasted two nights. Brammy loves cooking turkey, so she did it two nights in a row. Besides eating turkey, I've been giving thanks. I give thanks for fabulous shoes, other people's handbags, and family. Especially my Little Sister. I love her soo much. Oh yeah, and Brammy, and Bramps, and Uncle Stefan....

It's All About Bramps
I love my Bramps. We traveled to California together for the Thanksgiving holiday and he and I did some really cool stuff. Like shop at the candy kiosk where he bought me some really LOOONNG and YUMMMMY gummy snakes. He also taught me how to double up a straw so that it would fit in my drink. Now he's my current BFF. He turns on Tom and Jerry DVD for me, he helps me swim in the hot tub, and he peels lots of clementines for me. Thanks for all the help Bramps.

NYC Marathon
I saw the NYC marathon for the first time and it was pretty cool. There was a lot of people running. I don't know where they were running to, but there were a lot of them. I even saw a naked runner. Well he had a small little fluorescent green running suit that handled the goods if you know what I mean. I would have probably enjoyed it more if I weren't so preoccupied with wanting to go to the playground. We walked to the marathon and Mom and Dad wouldn't let me stop to play in Central Park. What kind of parents would do that?

Happy Halloween
This was the beginning and best part of the night. In the picture I am so happy because I have discovered what Halloween is all about...CANDY...FREE CANDY...and lots of it. All you have to do is say "Trick or treat" and you get CANDY. I must of hit ten blocks of stores and it was the same every time. Dad would hold open the door and I would go in looking all cute and say "Trick or treat" (of course nobody wanted to play any tricks on me) and I would score some loot. Leaving every place I would say,"Happy Halloween" to the vendor and "Lets go to another house!" to Daddy. (I don't really know the difference between stores and houses living in NYC. Who cares as long as they have FREE CANDY! And yes, to all you suburbians out there, many New Yorkers trick or treat at the shops because they are on the ground floors.)We were even going to go to a block party at 6pm, but at ten to six Little Sis started puking her guts out so we had to abort the mission and go straight home, where she proceeded to puke for another couple of hours. What a drag. The next night I did the same thing. Mommy told me it was because I ate a ton of candy, so I decided to give up candy for the next couple of days. I'm back on it of course. Nothing can keep me from my CANDY.

Give Peace a Chance
Here is a nice story to make your day a happy one. Yesterday I was in the park and met a boy named Stepon (yeah I know, poor kid). He just moved here from Japan and he is very nice. I shared my dinosaur with him and we played for awhile. When Nicole told me we had to leave she said "Give him a hug and say thanks for playing with me". So I did. His nanny said, "Stepon, do you want to give your new friend a hug goodbye?" and he replied, "No, I want to give her a kiss". So he did. A big smack on the lips. Now that's the kind of peace I'm talking about.

Me and Holly

This is me and my dolly Holly. I did the hair all by myself. It took a lot of work, but she's beautiful isn't she? We've been attached at the hip all week. She lives at my Mimi's house in California, so I see her a couple times a year. When I do see her, I make the most of the time we have together.

Gametime
I went to my first Yankees game last weekend and it was really fun. Dad wanted me to see a game at the stadium before it closes, so we went to the Saturday afternoon game. I made it to the top of the seventh and then I hit a wall. After all the hot dogs, dipping dots, and water, I couldn't take it any longer- I fell asleep.

Uncle Stefan
I've been playing hard to get with Uncle Stefan for a long time now, ever since I was about one and a half. One of my first memories with him was looking through the drawers at Brammy's house and Uncle Stefan yelled at me and told me it was none of my business. Well I have been huffy with him ever since. He's not my boss. Ever since that event he always brings me lots of candy because he wants to be friends. I am still very wary of him. I think this past week we made a connection, but the verdict is still out. I really like his wife Auntie Dimps though, so it moves him up a notch. She got me this groovy suit. Thanks Auntie Dimps and Uncle Stefan

Living the Rural Life
For the month of July I have spent my days living in a house with a very large backyard. I have so much space to roam in, that sometimes I get lost. I like to drive my Flinstones car around with Brammy or Bramps and visit the moose, who lives in these bushes behind me, and go riding over the hills, and around the pool. I am very amenable to large backyards now and I think I might like to have one of my own someday. The best part is that it is always ten degrees cooler here than in Manhattan and I haven't missed the humidity one bit.

Parking it- Internationally
I could show you a lot of great pictures from around Budapest, but let's be real. The park was by far my favorite destination and not just because of the slides and swings, but because I got bullied by little Hungarian girls. How many American kids can brag about that? The slide was fun- notice the beautiful fountain behind? Below is me and my sis, she really enjoyed the international park scene too. Below that is a shot of me on my FAVORITE toy, and they have one here, half way around the world. I didn't feel homesick at all once I saw this piece of joy. Last but not least, me in the sandbox contemplating living in a foreign city. I think I could handle it...gracefully.

Dead Fish
I am fascinated by sea creatures at the store and the restaurants and Uncle Andy is sure to show them to me. In this case there are a lot of lobsters and other shellfish and fish, but you can't really see them. I still don't understand the concept of death, so I don't cry when I see the fishies like this, I am just in awe. Poor mom, she'll have to explain it to me someday.

Dancing with the Bride
I went to Budapest to be a flower girl in my uncle steve's wedding. Here I am dancing with the bride on a boat on the Danube! How romantic! I'm sure a lucky girl. How many 3 year olds get to travel the world? I was a really good flower girl and I really liked the bride's dress. And veil. And earrings. And shoes.

I'm New and Improved 3
I went to Times Square and rode the ferris wheel in Toys R Us. Then we went to Ellen's Stardust Diner for lunch. I was speechless the whole meal. I think I've found my calling- Broadway.

Memories...
Things that are the same:
I still love my Bee, and I take it almost everywhere.
I try to play with Playdoh whenever I can.
I still talk on the cell phone, but not as much.
I can make my room this messy in 60 seconds or less.
I use my boom-box constantly to drive my mother skitzo.
Things that are different:
The dirty old couch is gone, a crib has replaced it.
My Bee is a brownish color, not the pretty pink you see in the picture.
My feet are about 3 sizes larger.
I've updated my cell phone to the Chocolate.

Sister Wubsky
I love my sister so much, she's my baby. I like to give her new names, like today I've named her Wubsky. She's a good sport about it. She just nods and agrees with me because she loves me so much too.

The Back Field
My Discovery
I met up with my old pal Spencer and we had a blast at the Tot Spot river where we played with plastic fish and frogs for about an hour. I liked collecting the fish (especially swiping them from other kids) and then bringing them over to my cache where mom and mimi were sitting. Spencer liked taking the fish and hiding them in different places (like under the mote). At one point I felt like connecting with nature, so I dipped my hand in the water and drank right out of the stream, just like I would if I were hiking in the mountains. Mom got pretty upset- she said that it was disgustingly dirty water and I might get really sick. What does she know, I felt better than ever after this refreshing moment. It sure tasted better than the pool water in La Quinta.
This was just the beginning. Afterwards we went to Lookout Cove and did so much more. It was a great day. I took a three hour nap after my excursion.

Photography with Murray
Yesterday I went to Petaluma with my mom and Mimi and little sister and we had our portraits taken by Murray. I think that he's a really talented photographer, but I'll wait until I see the proofs. He let me look into his camera viewfinder and that was really great. It's a lot fancier than my pink Barbie digital cam, and it's a lot trickier to use. Mom was worried that I was going to hurt it, but I was really careful.

My Easter Bonnet
Dress up is my new favorite game and I love to play it in woman's boutiques. Don't you like this combination? I made it myself. I saw the shoes first and immediately knew I had to put them on. I was wearing jeans with this top, but they had to go. Shoes always come first. Then I stole the purse from a mannequin and found the hat on a shelf. It's not my size, but that's not necessarily what fashion is about. It might just work as an Easter Bonnet. Happy Easter.

Sharing is Caring
I had a great week in Palm Desert and one of the best parts is that I got to hang out with my Aunt Mish. She lives in LA so I don't get to see her very much. She seemed to have a fun time and was really good at holding the babies (secretly she gets butterflies because she gets a bit nervous holding small babies, especially the really little ones with no neck muscles). She was lots of fun to hang out with and taught me "Sharing is Caring".
